Pick and Pack Ireland: Our pick and pack process

When an order is placed through your online store, our warehouse management system generates a detailed pick note.
This document includes essential information such as the product description, storage location, barcode, and the exact quantity required for fulfilment. Our experienced team carefully retrieves the ordered items from inventory, ensuring accuracy at every step.
Each product’s barcode, along with its packaging barcode, is scanned and matched against the pick note. If any discrepancy is detected, our system automatically halts the process until the issue is resolved. This advanced verification system helps maintain our industry-leading accuracy rate, ensuring customers receive the correct items with every order.
To meet the demands of fast-moving eCommerce businesses, we offer a same-day fulfilment service for orders placed before 3 PM GMT (Monday–Friday).
Orders received after this deadline are processed and dispatched the next business day. For customers needing even faster service, we provide an optional priority fulfilment upgrade for a small fee, allowing urgent orders to be processed ahead of standard shipments.
