The total number of unique SKUs handled

The frequency of stock replenishment

Typical order volumes, including discounts for higher volumes

The average number of items per customer order

Any need for additional services such as kitting or assembly

The destinations for shipping orders

The type of shipping service required

Inventory storage needs based on stock quantities (i.e., the warehouse space used in our fulfilment centre)

For full transparency, we usually recommend a minimum order volume of 100 orders per month. Why? Because this is the level at which outsourcing to a third-party fulfilment provider becomes cost-effective. Ultimately, we aim to make sure our services deliver the most value for you.
In short, outsourcing to a fulfilment partner makes financial sense if you’re sending at least 100 orders each month. This enables us to offer lower fulfilment costs per product, keeping your sales profitable. That said, we are happy to collaborate with startups that have strong products and marketing strategies, helping them ramp up order volumes over a 3-6 month timeframe.
