What the integration does
- Imports orders automatically as they are paid, including customer notes and gift messages.
- Keeps stock levels in Shopify in step with what is physically on our shelves, so you do not oversell.
- Marks orders as fulfilled and writes the tracking number back to Shopify, which triggers your normal shipping notification to the customer.d
- Handles pre-orders, partial fulfilments and holds where you need them.
- Supports Shopify Markets and multi-currency stores selling into Ireland, the UK and the EU.
- Setup is done by our team, usually within a day of receiving access, and there is no charge for the connection itself.
Getting started
Connect
Give us collaborator access to your Shopify admin. We install and test the connection and map your products to our system.
Stock in
Send your inventory to Newry. We count and check it against your delivery note and every SKU goes live in Shopify as it is booked in.
Sell
Nothing changes on your side. Orders come through as normal and appear in our warehouse queue within minutes.
Dispatch
Orders received before the daily cut-off are picked, packed in your branded packaging and collected by An Post, DPD, UPS or Fastway the same working day.
Returns
Customers return to our address. We receive, inspect and re-stock, and the return is recorded against the original order.
